Mat Watson, Chairman of Bedrock has just received his Life membership for dedicating 10 years to the charity.
Starting out at just 15 years old and learning the ropes volunteering with the hospital radio, he has enjoyed many aspects of the work.
Mat said: ” I have seen many changes in this time, from using vinyl and cassette tapes.”
He has seen the station grow from strength to strength, once the programme controller and now progressing to the Chairman.
