Bedrock have recently been one of the charities in the ASDA Green Token scheme, where shoppers of the Romford store placed tokens into a box for a charity of their choice.

Asda Community Life Champion Liz and Romford Store Manager Gwill presented Bedrock with a cheque for £50 to go towards the running of the charity.  Liz & Gwill spent time talking with Bedrock Chairman Mathew & Fundraising Officer Beverly about their work at Bedrock, how patients & the local community can listen and the costs of running a charity radio station.

Donations made to Bedrock are put into the running of the service, paying for music licence fees, plus maintenance and repair of the specialist equipment and software that keep the radio station broadcasting.
