Bedrock went celebrity spotting, along with shoppers at a charity event organised by Lesley Dunn, community champion and Jack Marsh at Tesco Roneo Corner, Hornchurch.
On Thursday 27th February, staff at the Hornchurch store dressed up as Music Icons, Such as Madonna, Suzi Quatro and Chesney Hawkes before going in front of guest judges, Chip Hawkes, from the, The Tremeolos and Mick Clarke from the Rubettes. The Tesco Staff where raising funds for Diabetes UK, and encouraged shoppers to donate for the cause.
Bedrock’s own Annette Gregory (Personnel Officer) got the opportunity to talk with Chip Hawkes and Jack Marsh and the staff that dressed up for the day;
All proceeds from ‘Stars in the Aisles’ went to Diabetes.
