As a registered charity, Bedrock Radio is a non-profit organisation, all of the team are volunteers who give their time to running the radio (including our Trustees board). All income from advertising, sponsorship, donations and advertising is invested into running our service, such as covering our broadcasting fees and general upkeep of our studio.
This means we’re able to offer excellent value and competitive campaigns in local radio advertising and sponsorship across East London and South Essex. With the bonus of saying you are supporting a local charity in your community.

On Digital Radio, we will broadcast to a potential audience of 1 Million listeners, across North East London and South West Essex.

DAB Digital Radio
Bedrock Radio is expected to begin broadcasting on small scale DAB+ Digital Radio in 2025.
Local DAB is estimated to reach 1 million people across the North East London and South West Essex area.
Our charitable objectives will remain the same, and we will continue to target the accessing healthcare services and healthcare staff across the region.
Launching on DAB+ in 2025
Listen in the community, we’re online, on mobile and smart speakers outside the hospitals, plus we’re Launching on DAB Digital Radio in 2025 – Q3 (Estimated: July – September) across East London and South Essex, and hope to pick up thousands of new listeners.
