Late 2025 - Bedrock Radio is set to launch on DAB+ Digital Radio across North East London and South West Essex.
As a registered charity, Bedrock Radio is a non-profit organisation, all of the team are volunteers who give their time to running the radio (including our Trustees board). All income from advertising, sponsorship, donations and advertising is invested into running our service, such as covering our broadcasting fees and general upkeep of our studio.
This means we’re able to offer excellent value and competitive campaigns in local radio advertising and sponsorship across East London and South Essex. With the bonus of saying you are supporting a local charity in your community.

On Digital Radio, we will broadcast to a potential audience of 1 million listeners, across North East London and South West Essex.
Radio is your ideal advertising platform, Bedrock has provided entertainment, information and interaction to the community for decades.
Best of all Radio is free to listen to, our listeners will hear your advert every day! In local hospitals, in their cars, shops and at home.
Our core listeners are aged 35–70 years old, who enjoy a mix of pop music from the 80s to today and listen for local news updates.

Bedrock Radio is run by a team of volunteers that actually live locally and give their time to broadcasting. All funds raised are invested into our radio service.

Bedrock Radio offers in-house production as standard, with multiple options for professional production based on your budget.
We’ll work with you to produce your commercial which hits the mark with our listeners, we’ll ask you if you’d like a male or female voiceover, and other elements such as background music or sound effects.
From car dealers to hairdressers, dog groomers to restaurants – we’ll create a script to meet your needs, and have it cleared to meet broadcast standards.

We provide a hospital radio service throughout four local hospitals: Queen’s, King Georges, Goodmayes and Whipps Cross, plus we’re available in clinics, units and community hospitals on the dedicated NHS WiFi.
