Bedrock Radio launched on DAB+ Digital Radio on 31/12/2025 across North East London and South West Essex.
As a registered charity, Bedrock Radio is a non-profit organisation, all of the team are volunteers who give their time to running the radio (including our Trustees). All our income from advertising, sponsorship, donations and advertising is invested into running our service, such as covering our broadcasting fees and general upkeep of our studio.
This means we’re able to offer excellent value and competitive campaigns in local radio advertising and sponsorship across East London and South Essex. With the added bonus you can say you are supporting a local charity in your community.

Based on data from our transmitter operator, it’s expected we reach over 2.3 Million people’s DAB+ radios.
The current observed area covers the following Post Codes: E (all), IG (all), RM (all), CM4, CM5, CM11 to CM16, & SS13 to SS17 There’s a full list at the bottom of the page!
In addition, Bedrock Radio continue to provide a hospital radio service throughout four key local hospitals:
Queen’s, King Georges, Goodmayes and Whipps Cross. Including on NHS WiFI to community hospitals, clinics, units and community hospitals.
We also stream online and via the Bedrock Radio App, and we’re on platforms such as RadioPlayer brining us to smart TVs, Smart Speakers & other digital devices.
