Havering East Rotary Club were the hosts of a very successful Quiz Night last night. The event was held at Gwillcoo Scout Hall, Upminster on the 26 February 2016 and welcomed fourteen tables of participants and sponsors. Havering Council Green Waste Fee

Havering Council has decided to protect its green waste collection by introducing a flat rate fee for the service. The Government have  increased waste costs, leaving the Council no alternative to recoup the costs.
