The latest National Diabetes Audit for 2024/25 shows NHS North East London has the best record in England for delivering eight key annual checks for people diagnosed with the condition. The checks monitor blood glucose levels, blood pressure, cardiovascular risk, kidney function, weight, smoking status, and foot health.
