Doctor Claudio Pestana joined Annette in the studio Monday.  He was promoting Havering Improving Access to Psycological Therapies.

This is a wonderful scheme which the NHS has introduced to help get available support to people within the community.

Doctor Pestana hopes that at some point we could run a phone in to try to answer your mental health questions in the future.
