The menopause comes in all sizes, ages and colours. The effects of menopause can be felt by those experiencing it and can also impact those around them.
Vision Redbridge are continuing our peer-to-peer support group focussing on the menopause, and you’re invited to be part of it.
Have you been through the menopause? Are you experiencing it? Or would you like to know more about it? Then the Menopause Awareness Community (MAC) is the perfect group for you, as it aims to increase awareness of the menopause and offers the opportunity to talk about everything menopause.
You can attend all or just one of the sessions held on Saturdays each month.
MAC is a community-run group facilitated by local people on a voluntary basis, organised in partnership with Redbridge Libraries.
