What happened to the studios at Goodmayes?
When we merged with The Jumbo Sound in 2015 we continued to use studios located in the old hospital building. As this site is due to be redeveloped, all department was asked to vacate the building, including hosptial radio services.
Our studio at Romford links directly the radio system at Goodmayes.

Airplay Requests
We rarely play airplay requests, simply due to being inundated with them – We are unable to acknowledge or respond to every airplay request received.
Local artists within our broadcast area, that ideally are local to our studios, are prioritised. – Don’t lie about your location, as we check to ensure there’s a local angle we can talk about on-air.
As a registered charity, we would greatly appreciate it if you are able to support our work through making a donation or supporting with fundraising events.
Please ensure your material actually works with our output and our target audience. Refrain from sending us YouTube or Spotify links – these are not suitable for broadcast (YouTube has aggressive in-video advertising.
It’s also against Spotify’s terms of service, as it’s not permitted to use Spotify for public or commercial purposes (including radio broadcasting)
