Dagenham Heathway is undergoing a major three-month regeneration project delivered by Be First on behalf of the Barking & Dagenham Council. A new confidential text service (07860 009642) has launched across north east London, allowing people of all ages to reach NHS 111 mental health crisis support without making a phone call. Developed by ELFT and NELFT, the service enables users to text “help” or even a blank message to receive immediate psychological support and signposting in a safe, discreet manner.
